The 5 dysfunctions of a team – this is the clearest process I have found to build the foundation for results – trust is a tenuous quality and the utmost necessity. Wading into conflict is avoided often. When a team is trained to wade into conflict with a foundation of trust, real work can get done quickly. As your team sees progress, they recommit to the vision. Then they’re being motivated from the inside, which is a quantum leap to quicker results. Now the team is ready for a natural friendly peer pressure to create a culture of accountability. This is the last stop before achieving the results – any results you want!
